Applications : SHP2‑IN‑27 is an allosteric SHP2 inhibitor that binds outside the catalytic pocket to stabilize SHP2 in its autoinhibited conformation, thereby preventing activation of the SHP2 phosphatase (PTPN11). As an allosteric blocker, SHP2‑IN‑27 suppresses RAS/MAPK signaling, offering a useful tool compound for probing SHP2‑dependent oncogenic pathways and for advancing SHP2‑targeted therapeutic development.
