Applications : This is an orally bioavailable allosteric SHP2 inhibitor with antineoplastic activity. It binds and inhibits PTPN11/SHP2, blocking SHP2‑mediated RAS–MAPK signaling, thereby suppressing growth of SHP2‑dependent tumors. SHP2 is an oncoprotein involved in cell survival, proliferation, and PD‑1 immune‑checkpoint signaling.
