Applications : This is a deuterium labelled version of active glucuronide metabolite of Silodosin, which is an α1-adrenoceptor antagonist with high uroselectivity. This can be used as an analytical labelled reference standard. Silodosin is used in the treatment of benign prostatic hypertophy.
