Applications : Siponimod is an orally administered, selective modulator of sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) receptors. It exhibits high selectivity for S1P1 and S1P5, with EC50 values of 0.4 nM and 0.98 nM, respectively, compared to S1P2, S1P3, and S1P4, which have EC50 values greater than 10,000 nM, 1,000 nM, and 750 nM. Siponimod is utilized in research related to multiple sclerosis (MS).
