Applications : SKLB-646 is a potent, orally active inhibitor of SRC, VEGFR2, B‑Raf, and C‑Raf, with low‑micromolar to nanomolar IC₅₀ values. It blocks SRC signaling and MAPK pathway activation, inhibits HUVEC‑mediated angiogenic processes, and reduces proliferation, migration, and invasion. SKLB-646 shows strong anti‑tumor activity in triple‑negative breast cancer (TNBC) cell lines.
