Applications : Biotinylation reagent incorporating an extended 14-atom spacer can reduce steric hindrance in binding avidin or streptavidin to some biotinylated compounds and increase sensitivity for detection.These biotin compounds are membrane-permeable and useful for intracellular labeling.
