Applications : SNX-281 selectively activates STING with IC₅₀ values of 3.7–10.7 µM across species. It homodimerizes at the STING binding site, locking the receptor in its active closed conformation and triggering downstream innate immune signaling. SNX281 induces type I interferons, inflammatory cytokines, and T‑cell activation, supporting durable antitumor immunity in multiple cancer models.
