Applications : SP-600125 inhibits JNK1/2/3 with IC₅₀ values of 40–90 nM in a reversible, ATP‑competitive manner and is orally active. It also suppresses ferroptosis and drives bladder cancer cells to transition from autophagy to apoptosis, supporting its use in dissecting JNK‑dependent survival and death mechanisms.
