Applications : This is a potent SPOP inhibitor that outperforms earlier leads in clear‑cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) models driven by cytoplasmic SPOP. It binds SPOP, blocks its interaction with PTEN, reduces PTEN ubiquitination, increases PTEN and DUSP7 levels, and suppresses p‑AKT and p‑ERK signaling in a dose‑dependent manner. Together, these effects position it as a strong candidate for targeting SPOP‑mediated kidney tumorigenesis.
