Applications : This compound is a potent multikinase inhibitor with exceptional Src activity (IC₅₀ = 0.0009 μM) and strong B‑RAF/C‑RAF inhibition. It is highly effective against MDA‑MB‑231 TNBC, and at 30 mg/kg once daily, it fully suppressed tumor growth in xenograft studies with >100% inhibition and no observable toxicity. Mechanistically, it blocks Src/MAPK signaling and induces apoptosis, supported by good preliminary PK properties.
