Applications : SRX-3177 potently inhibits CDK4/6, BRD4 BD1/BD2, and PI3K isoforms, with IC₅₀ values of <2.5 nM (CDK4), 3.3 nM (CDK6), 33/89 nM (BRD4 BD1/BD2), and 79/83 nM/3.18 µM (PI3Kα/δ/γ). It blocks binding of the SARS‑CoV‑2 E protein to BRD2/4 BD1 and reverses E‑protein‑mediated suppression of NF‑κB activity. SRX3177 exerts broad cytotoxic effects in cancer cells, supporting its use in antiviral and anticancer research.
