Applications : This potently inhibits STAT3 by binding its SH2 domain (K_D = 0.46 µM), thereby reducing STAT3 Y705 phosphorylation and downstream gene expression. It induces apoptosis and inhibits proliferation in vitro, while effectively limiting tumor growth and metastasis in vivo.
