Applications : STING agonist‑45 selectively activates STING with an EC₅₀ of 0.28 µM, triggering phosphorylation of TBK1 and IRF3 and inducing type I interferons and inflammatory cytokines in PBMCs. It promotes CD8⁺ T‑cell–mediated antitumor responses and is valuable for studying STING‑dependent immune mechanisms and disease models.
