Applications : STO‑609 selectively inhibits CaM‑KKα and CaM‑KKβ with K_i values of 80 and 15 ng/mL, respectively, and blocks AMPKK activity in HeLa lysates with an IC₅₀ of ~0.02 g/mL. Its potency and cell permeability support its use in dissecting CaM‑KK– and AMPK‑regulated metabolic and stress‑response pathways.
