Applications : This is a nitrosamine impurity of Sunitinib, which is a potent inhibitor of multiple tyrosine kinase receptors and exhibits potent antiangiogenic and antitumor activity. Sunitinib is used for the treatment of imatinib-resistant gastrointestinal stromal tumors and renal cell cancer.
