Applications : Sunitinib N-oxide is a derivative of Sunitinib (SL-384), which is a potent inhibitor of multiple tyrosine kinase receptors and exhibits potent antiangiogenic and antitumor activity. It is used for the treatment of Imatinib-resistant gastrointestinal stromal tumors and renal cell cancer.
