Applications : T-0901317 is an orally active, highly selective LXR agonist (EC₅₀ = 20 nM for LXRα) that also activates FXR (EC₅₀ = 5 µM) and functions as a dual inverse agonist of RORα and RORγ (K_i= 132 nM and 51 nM). It induces apoptosis and suppresses atherosclerosis development in LDL receptor‑deficient mice.
