Applications : It is a 13C and deuterium labelled analog of T63, which is serves as an irreversible deubiquitinase inhibitor of 19S RP, resulting in inhibition of NF-κB pathway and reactivation of proapoptotic protein p53 and works against A549 lung cancer cells. It can be used as reference standard in drug clinical studies.
