Applications : TAK‑715 selectively inhibits p38α with low‑nanomolar potency and shows reduced activity toward p38β. It also targets CK1δ/ε, influencing Wnt/β‑catenin signaling. In vivo, TAK‑715 produces strong therapeutic effects in a rat arthritis model.
