Applications : Taminadenant functions as a potent and orally active A₂A receptor antagonist, effectively blocking A₂AR agonist‑induced cAMP accumulation (Kb= 72.8 nM) and impedance responses (Kb= 8.2 nM). It improves motor deficits across several rat models of movement disorders and, when paired with Spartalizumab, suppresses tumor growth by reactivating antitumor immune pathways.
