Applications : Tariquidar is a potent and highly specific inhibitor of the efflux transporter P‑glycoprotein (P‑gp), exhibiting high‑affinity binding (K_d = 5.1 nM). It is widely used to study P‑gp–mediated drug efflux and multidrug resistance mechanisms.
