Applications : Tazemetostat is a selective EZH2 inhibitor with nanomolar potency (K_i = 2.5 nM; IC₅₀ = 11–16 nM) and good oral bioavailability. It strongly inhibits both human and rat EZH2 while showing limited activity against EZH1. In SMARCB1‑deleted MRT cells, Tazemetostat triggers apoptosis and differentiation, reflecting its ability to suppress PRC2‑mediated H3K27 methylation.
