Applications : This is an antitubercular small molecule that inhibits the DprE1 and MoeW enzymes in Mycobacterium tuberculosis, blocking cell‑wall and molybdenum‑cofactor biosynthesis and providing potent activity against both drug‑susceptible and drug‑resistant Mtb.
