Applications : Telotristat is a potent tryptophan hydroxylase (TPH) inhibitor with an in vivo IC50 of 0.028 μM. Telotristat can be used for the treatment of refractory carcinoid syndrome diarrhea in combination with somatostatin analog (SSA).
