Applications : Telotristat ethyl is a novel, orally-delivered inhibitor of tryptophan hydroxylase (TPH) that reduces serotonin production. Telotristat can be used for the treatment of refractory carcinoid syndrome diarrhea in combination with somatostatin analog (SSA).
