Applications : Tesmilifene hydrochloride is a novel paradiphenylmethane derivative with antiproliferative and antiestrogenic properties. Binds with high affinity to the anti-estrogen binding site but not to the estrogen receptor. An inhibotor of histamine binding at the intracellular histamine (H10) site.
