Applications : Theophylline-7-acetic acid is an analog of Theophylline, which is a nonselective phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor, adenosine receptor blocker, and histone deacetylase (HDAC) activator; used in therapy for respiratory diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma.
