Applications : Thioridazine is a dopamine D2‑family receptor antagonist with potent antipsychotic and anxiolytic activity. It also inhibits PI3K–Akt–mTOR signaling with anti‑angiogenic effects and exerts antiproliferative, pro‑apoptotic activity against diverse cancer cells, selectively targeting cancer stem cells (CSCs).
