Applications : THZ-1 covalently inhibits CDK7 with low‑nanomolar potency (IC₅₀ = 3.2 nM) and also suppresses CDK12 and CDK13 activity. Functionally, it downregulates MYC expression and is widely used to study transcriptional regulation in oncogenic contexts.
