Applications : Ticlopidine is an antithrombotic proagent that suppresses CD39 activity through allosteric, noncompetitive inhibition (IC₅₀ = 81.7 µM). It further inhibits NTPDase2 and NTPDase3, and demonstrates inhibitory activity toward key hepatic CYP enzymes, including CYP2C19, CYP2C9, and CYP3A4, with micromolar IC₅₀ values.
