Applications : Ticlopidine‑d₄ hydrochloride is a deuterated labelled version of Ticlopidine hydrochloride. This is suitable for isotope‑resolved analytical, mechanistic, and pharmacokinetic studies. The unlabelled compound is an antithrombotic proagent that inhibits CD39 and multiple NTPDase isoenzymes, and displays inhibitory activity toward CYP2C19, CYP2C9, and CYP3A4 with micromolar IC₅₀ values.
