Applications : Ticlopidine hydrochloride is an antithrombotic proagent that inhibits CD39 through an allosteric, noncompetitive mechanism (IC₅₀ = 81.7 µM). It also blocks NTPDase2 and NTPDase3 and demonstrates inhibitory activity toward CYP2C19, CYP2C9, and CYP3A4 with micromolar IC₅₀ values, supporting its use in enzymology and drug–drug interaction studies.
