Applications : Torin 2 potently inhibits mTOR at sub‑nanomolar concentrations and shows strong selectivity over PI3K. It also targets DNA‑PK with high potency. By blocking both mTORC1 and mTORC2, Torin 2 is widely used to study mTOR‑dependent signaling and DNA‑repair pathways.
