Applications : TQB-3804 is a selective third‑generation EGFR inhibitor with strong activity against the C797S resistance mutation. It inhibits EGFR (WT) at low‑nanomolar levels and is even more potent against the C797S/T790M/L858R triple mutant. These properties make it a valuable tool for studying resistance mechanisms in EGFR‑mutant cancers.
