Applications : This is one of two major active metabolites of Trametinib, the other being M5, and is formed through the metabolic process of deacetylation. Trametinib is a highly specific and potent MEK1/2 inhibitor. It is used to treat specific types of cancers that have a (BRAF) V600 gene mutation.
