Applications : Trazodone is a triazolopyridine derivative that belongs to the class of serotonin receptor antagonist and reuptake inhibitors (SARIs). It exhibits both antidepressant and anti-insomnia effects. Trazodone functions primarily by antagonising α1- and α2-adrenergic receptors as well as histamine H1 receptors, while demonstrating minimal anticholinergic activity.
