Applications : Triamcinolone acetonide-d6 is a deuterium-labelled version of Triamcinolone acetonide. This can be used as an analytical labelled reference standard. Triamcinolone acetonide inhibits fibroblast growth factor (bFGF)-induced proliferation of retinal endothelial cells, reduces chondrocyte viability leading to cartilage destruction, and activates anti-inflammatory macrophages. Triamcinolone acetonide is also used to study diseases like atopic dermatitis.
