Applications : This is an impurity of Trilaciclib, which is an oral CDK4/6 inhibitor that effectively suppresses tumour cell proliferation and helps reduce the blood-related toxicity associated with chemotherapy. Additionally, Trilaciclib lessens both apoptosis and myelosuppression caused by 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) chemotherapy.
