Applications : This is a potent and selective TRK inhibitor built on a novel pyridin‑2(1H)-one scaffold. It effectively blocks cellular TRK signaling and suppresses TRK‑dependent cell viability. The compound shows acceptable PK with 37.8% oral bioavailability in mice and delivers strong in vivo antitumor activity, producing significant tumor inhibition or complete regression in M091 and KM12 TRK‑fusion xenograft models.
