Applications : Ubrogepant is an orally active, selective antagonist of the calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor (CGRP). It demonstrates a strong binding affinity for CGRP receptors in both humans and rhesus monkeys, and inhibits the cAMP response induced by α-CGRP. Ubrogepant is utilized in research related to acute migraine.
