Applications : UC‑1728 potently inhibits rabbit soluble epoxide hydrolase, with an IC₅₀ of 2 nM measured in rabbit liver tissue. It is widely used to investigate sEH‑dependent signaling and the biological roles of epoxyeicosatrienoic acids.
