Applications : UNC-0379 selectively inhibits SETD8 with micromolar potency (IC₅₀ = 7.3 µM; Kd = 18.3 µM) through a substrate‑competitive mechanism. It is widely applied to investigate SETD8‑regulated processes in inflammatory disease and cancers such as pulmonary fibrosis, ovarian cancer, and neuroblastoma.
