Applications : USC-087 is a N-alkyl tyrosinamide phosphonate ester prodrug of HPMPA, the adenine analog of Cidofovir, and is highly effective against multiple AdV types in cell culture. USC-087 is a promising candidate for drug development against HAdV infections.
