Applications : USP7‑797 is an orally available, highly selective USP7 inhibitor with sub‑nanomolar potency (IC₅₀ = 0.5 nM). It lowers MDM2 levels, stabilizes p53, and induces cell‑cycle arrest and apoptosis. It shows low‑nanomolar cytotoxicity across p53‑mutant cancers, p53‑wild‑type hematologic tumors, and neuroblastoma cell lines, highlighting its strong antitumor potential.
