Applications : This is a potent benzodiazepine‑based V2R antagonist with K_i = 9.0 nM and cAMP inhibition IC₅₀ = 9.2 nM. It effectively suppresses cyst formation and enlargement in ADPKD cell and embryonic kidney models and shows superior in vivo efficacy to tolvaptan in a murine ADPKD model.
