Applications : Venetoclax is a highly potent, selective and orally bioavailable B-cell lymphoma 2 (BCL-2) inhibitor with a Ki of less than 0.01 nM. It is used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), and acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
