Applications : Vepdegestrant is an orally active PROTAC estrogen receptor (ER) degrader that induces ER ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation. It robustly degrades ER in ER‑positive breast cancer cell lines with a DC₅₀ of ~2 nM.
