Applications : Verosudil hydrochloride is a potent ROCK1/2 inhibitor (K_i = 2 nM) with limited activity on PKA, PKCτ, MRCKA, and CAM2A. It enhances trabecular meshwork outflow, thereby reducing intraocular pressure, and is widely used in mechanistic and therapeutic research related to glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
