Applications : Vimirogant hydrochloride selectively targets RORγt with nanomolar potency (K_i = 3.5 nM; IC₅₀ = 17 nM) and shows >1000‑fold selectivity against RORα/β. It inhibits Th17 differentiation and IL‑17A production (IC₅₀ = 57 nM) without perturbing Th1, Th2, or Treg development, making it a strong candidate for studies of Th17‑mediated autoimmune pathology.
