Applications : This selectively inhibits class III PI3K Vps34 (IC₅₀ ≈ 25 nM for PtdIns phosphorylation) and reduces PtdIns(3)P production, leading to impaired SGK3 activation via decreased T‑loop and hydrophobic‑motif phosphorylation. It modulates autophagy and is valuable for dissecting Vps34‑regulated trafficking and signaling pathways.
